Secretary to General Manager

Full-time | Hospitality |  Johor Bahru

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily schedule of the GM and keep appointments and meetings on time or change schedules when necessary
  • Process/compose correspondence/reports for GM and draft letters, correspondence and writing communications on behalf of the GM
  • Manage GM travel arrangements and proactively coordinate the pre-planning of trips with various internal functions, including arranging appropriate travel, visas
  • Prepare the GM trip expense reimbursements, and logistics
  • Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of secretarial experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Has worked in similar role in an upscale hotel or serviced apartment/residence for a minimum of 2 years
  • Meticulous and possess high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Good English language competency.
  • Literacy in MS Office.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
  • Experience in pre-opening is an advantage.
