Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to meet / exceed customers’ expectation
  • Ensuring the availability of merchandise on the selling floor
  • Work as a team to ensure individual and team targets are met
  • Manage end to end sales process
  • Understand customer’s needs and latest industry news and trends
  • Assist store Supervisors or Boutique Managers in ensuring the operations of the boutiques run smoothly


  • Sales-driven and result-oriented person
  • Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shop-based
