- Cold calling or answering calls on prospective customers to sell product.
- Understand and able to explain products selling points.
- Got the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Listen and understand the customer’s requirements and proposing the suitable solution.
- Ensure company’s brand and identity are adhere in the communications.
- Able to speak fluent English and BM.
- Prior experience in telemarketing is a plus.
- Highly energetic, positive and persuasive personality.
