Job description:
- IT support personnel to troubleshoot & solve IT problems remotely for clients.
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Windows OS, including Server OS. Mac OS is a plus.
- Training is provided.
Job scope includes:
- Troubleshoot & solve all kinds of errors
- Document clients IT environment
- Record all tasks performed
