Job description:

  • IT support personnel to troubleshoot & solve IT problems remotely for clients.
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Windows OS, including Server OS. Mac OS is a plus.
  • Training is provided.

Job scope includes:

  • Troubleshoot & solve all kinds of errors
  • Document clients IT environment
  • Record all tasks performed
