Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks like leave and MC application
  • Making calls to offices like MATRADE/MDEC for administrative purposes
  • Manage office cleaners scheduling and pantry supplies
  • Other miscellaneous tasks

Requirements:

  • A pro-active individual who is willing to take initiative and is helpful to coworkers
  • Great communication skills in English, Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia is a must (for dealing with government offices)
  • Expected salary: RM2200 – 2500
  • EPF and SOCSO available
