Admin cum Clinic Assistant

Full-time | Healthcare/Medical  |  Bangsar South

Main Responsibilities:

  • To handle general daily accounting matters
  • Generate accounting report and month end closing
  • Handling incoming calls, email, walk in clients, etc
  • Assist in all day office daily matters and administration
  • Assist doctor in translation when needed


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in account assistant or administrative role
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin
  • Resourceful, a good problem solver and organized
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing
  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate
