Job Requirements:

  • Coordinate entire restaurant operation
    Menyelaras operasi restoran secara keseluruhan
  • Organising shifts and rotations
    Menyusun syif dan rotasi kerja
  • Managing stock and budget
    Mengurus stok dan bajet bulanan serta tahunan
  • Menu planning with chef
    Perancangan menu bersama chef
  • Nurture positive working environment
    Memupuk budaya positif di tempat kerja
  • Continuous staff training
    Latihan staf secara berterusan
  • Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
    Memantau pematuhan terhadap peraturan kebersihan dan keselamatan
  • Coordinate activities between kitchen and dining room ensuring efficient restaurant
    service
  • Menyelaras aktiviti antara dapur dan ruang makan untuk memastikan servis yang
    cekap dan teratur
  • Respond and solve customer complaints
    Mendengar dan menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan
  • Responsible for meeting all restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
    Bertanggungjawab untuk mencapai matlamat jualan, keuntungan dan kualiti restoran
  • Assist in preparation of P&L and sales revenue data entry as well as inventory
    Membantu dalam penyediaan P & L dan jualan hasil kemasukan data serta inventori
