As a manager of an online jobs platform, I can tell you that most companies are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, such as problem-solving. However, it is much more than this.

Interpersonal skills are broader and relate in particular to techniques of communication, creation of empathy, detection of the emotions of others, dissolution of conflicts and having better negotiation and persuasion skills.

All of these skills are grouped under the term EQ.

Who are the candidates whom faire extremely well during interviews? They are the ones who hop from job to job.
