Customer Support Representative

Full-time | Human Resources Management/Consulting |  Bayan Lepas, Penang

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer’s enquirest and request from across countires.
  • Communicate with customer through tele-communication, live chat and email.
  • Take overall responsibility for incident management and request fulfillment.
  • Peroform data analysis from information collected.
  • Allocate resources according to the level of significant.
  • Process quotation form customers.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate with customer form all levels and professions in articulate manner.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language: English & Mandarin.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
